Return Policy

At Poise by Priscilla, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item via online return portal.

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Poise by Priscilla gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Customers are responsible for any shipping cost for returned item(s).

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

We do NOT offer exchanges, but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our website.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from website that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. It is imperative that you report the damage to us within this time frame, including pictures of the damages in your email, so we can assist you immediately in getting your matter resolved. Customer inflicted damages, such as, cuts to the clothes made at the time of opening the package, will not qualify for a replacement. In the rare event,  you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service at sales@poisebypriscilla.com  in order to return items(s) and receive a full refund OR store credit.

We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

·      Accessories

·      Shoes

·      Beauty

·      Sale Items

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

·      An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

·      An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

·      Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Poise by Priscilla items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.

Order Cancellation

Orders CANNOT be cancelled after they are submitted due to quick processing and shipping.
